Traffic Deck Coatings

Parkades, ramps, plazas and balconies take constant abuse from tires, de-icing salts, water and freeze-thaw cycles. Our traffic deck systems pair a flexible waterproof membrane with slip-resistant wear coats to protect the structure below and keep traffic moving. Drive lanes, turning radii and ramps get an extended wear course; parking stalls and walkways get a standard build, so you pay for extra durability only where the traffic needs it.

What We Fix

Floor Problems
Costing You Time and Money

Most commercial floors fail for the same reasons. We fix the cause, not just the surface.

Slippery, Unsafe Floors

Slip-resistant textures built into the system, not topical fixes that wear off.

Cracking & Spalling

Crack, joint, and spall repair before coating, so damage doesn't telegraph through.

Chemical & Oil Attack

Systems matched to your exact exposure, from hydraulic oil to food acids.

Peeling or Failed Coatings

We remove failed coatings and fix the prep that caused them. Most failures are a prep problem.

Moisture Problems

Moisture testing and vapor-barrier primers so your coating stays bonded.

Failed Inspections

Seamless, coved, easy-to-sanitize floors designed for food safety and health inspections.

FAQ

Common Questions

How much downtime will we have?

It depends on the system. MMA returns to service in hours, urethane cement in about 24 hours, and all other epoxy, poly, and urethanes in 1–7 days. We phase work to keep you operating.

Can you work nights, weekends, or during shutdowns?

Yes. Most of our commercial installs are scheduled around operations.

Do you travel outside Edmonton?

Yes. We service Northern Alberta from Red Deer to Fort McMurray, including Lloydminster, Hinton, Jasper, and Grande Prairie. We also service larger projects in Southern Alberta on a per-project basis.

Urethane cement or epoxy: which do I need?

Urethane cement for wet, hot, or food environments. Epoxy for dry industrial and high-wear areas. We recommend a system after assessing your floor.

Can you coat over our existing floor?

Often, yes, after adhesion testing and existing floor spec confirmed. Failed or incompatible coatings are removed by grinding or shotblasting first.

How is commercial flooring priced?

Per square foot, based on system, prep, and site conditions. You get a unit-rate proposal after a free site assessment.
